Mental Wealth Club Return & Exchange Policy
At Mental Wealth Club, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase! If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as easy and seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, preferably with tags attached.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@mwc1972.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply pack your item and drop it off at any mail carrier.
Refunds & Processing Time:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you upon the approval of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
- If you'd prefer store credit or an exchange, we’ll process that immediately upon receipt of the return.
Exchanges:
- We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. If you need a different size, color, or style, just let us know!
- The new item will be shipped once we receive your return and process it.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.
Flexible Options:
- If you miss the 30-day return window, don’t worry! Reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s an exchange, store credit, or another option that suits you.
